Marketing run by operators, measured in booked jobs, signed cases, and new patients
We are not a reporting agency. We run these channels inside businesses we hold a stake in, and we answer to the only number that makes payroll: revenue that actually arrived.
We would rather you self-select than sit through a pitch
- Run a home services, medical or legal business.
- Are willing to fund a real Google Ads and SEO program, not squeeze the small stuff.
- Can answer the phone. Demand generation is wasted on a business that cannot pick up.
- Will let us instrument the whole funnel, including calls and the CRM, not just the ad platform.
- Accept being measured on booked work rather than rankings and impressions.
- Want one team across search, paid, automation and the site, not four vendors blaming each other.
- Need leads this week. Nothing honest moves that fast.
- Want a guaranteed cost per lead before anyone has seen your close rate.
- Are shopping on price. We are not the cheapest and will not pretend otherwise.
- Would rather attribution stayed vague so the numbers keep looking good.
- Are still testing whether the offer sells at all.
Seven levers, run by the same team
-
01SEO Rankings on the queries that become booked calls, not on the ones that look good in a report.
-
02Google Ads Search, Performance Max and Local Service Ads built to buy revenue, not clicks.
-
03Meta Ads Facebook and Instagram acquisition with server-side conversion and iOS-safe measurement.
-
04AI Automation Missed-call recovery, intake scoring and after-hours triage that get more leads booked without more staff.
-
05Custom CRM Development Pipeline, routing and reporting built to your workflow, not squeezed into a stock template.
-
06Full-Stack Marketing One team across search, paid, automation and the site, so no vendor blame layer eats your budget.
-
07Web Design Sites written to convert the traffic we send, instrumented for booked work end to end.
Three things that change what you get
Operator experience
Every one of us has carried the risk on a business, not just the reporting for one. It changes which levers get pulled first, and it is why we will tell you to fix intake before we sell you more traffic.

One integrated team
Search, paid media, automation, CRM and the website sit with the same people. No handoffs between three vendors, and no gap where the lead goes missing while everyone points at a different dashboard.

Revenue metrics, not proxies
Rankings and impressions are inputs. We instrument calls, forms and the CRM so the reporting line ends at booked work, and so a channel that looks good but never converts gets cut.

Three verticals, because the compliance and the buying cycle are not interchangeable
High intent, weather-driven demand, and a close rate that lives or dies on how fast the phone is answered.
- Local Service Ads and the map pack
- Storm and seasonal surge planning
- Call tracking wired into the CRM
Patient acquisition without putting protected health information into a pixel payload.
- HIPAA-aware tracking, BAA in place
- Server-side conversion measurement
- Reported as ranges, never single-patient guarantees
Long cycles, expensive clicks, and advertising rules a generalist agency will get you in trouble with.
- ABA Rule 7.1 compliant messaging
- Signed-case attribution, not form fills
- Intake quality scoring
Every channel, one scoreboard
Meta, Google, organic rankings and site data on one screen, tied to booked work rather than clicks. The view a founder signs off on each week.

What lands on the call, whether or not you hire us
Forty-five minutes. No deck. You keep the findings either way.
-
Where your current spend leaks
A read on the accounts you already run, and the line items buying volume rather than work.
-
Your real cost per booked job
Not cost per lead. Worked back from close rate and average ticket, using your numbers, so it survives contact with your P&L.
-
The intake gap
Where enquiries are lost between the click and the calendar. Usually the cheapest fix on the list.
-
What we would do in ninety days
Sequenced, with the reasoning attached, so you can hand it to another agency if you would rather.
Real client work, names withheld

Breakdowns from the operators running it
First batch of operator breakdowns is in production. Meanwhile, ask us to walk through any of them live.
Book a callWhat clients are saying
They rebuilt tracking on our own site, not inside Meta, and inside a month I could actually tell a booked job from a form fill. First real report I trusted from a marketing team.
Every prior agency showed us cost per lead. Magister showed us cost per booked appointment, then went and made both go down. Cleaner reporting inside 30 days, real acquisition inside 90.
They found $18K a month of wasted Google Ads spend on our third call, before we had signed anything. Fixed the account structure first, then leads went up. Genuinely different from every agency pitch we sat through.
Ours is a regulated category and they got the HIPAA-aware setup right the first time, BAA in place, server-side conversions, no protected data anywhere near the pixel. Compliance stopped being a fight.
The things people ask before booking
What does this cost?
Engagements are scoped on the call against your close rate and average ticket, rather than from a rate card. If the numbers do not support the spend we will say so on that call rather than three months in.
Do you guarantee a cost per lead?
No, and be careful with anyone who does before seeing your intake. A guaranteed cost per lead is easy to hit by buying cheaper, lower-intent volume, which is exactly the outcome you are trying to avoid.
How long before anything moves?
Paid channels can move inside the first month. Organic and local visibility are slower and depend on where you start. We set that expectation on the call from your baseline, not an industry average.
Do we have to switch our CRM or website?
Usually not. We instrument what you have first. If something genuinely blocks measurement we will show you what it is costing before recommending a change.
Who actually does the work?
The founders and the in-house team. Strategy is not handed to a junior after the sale, and there is no account manager relaying messages.
What if we are outside your three verticals?
We refer you to someone who works in your category. Learning an unfamiliar industry on a client’s budget wastes a year for both sides.
Bring your numbers. We will tell you what they say.
Forty-five minutes, no deck, and you keep the findings whether or not you hire us.
