One pipeline cannot hold five boroughs
Build the New York CRM that can

A Manhattan inquiry, a Queens inquiry and a Staten Island inquiry rarely move at the same speed or through the same hands, and one generic pipeline flattens all three. We map how your team actually sells before touching a stage, then build the CRM around it and tag every source so the reporting survives the handoff. Run from San Diego for operators across the five boroughs.

02 · Benefits

Benefits of Custom CRM Development in New York

New York is 8.5 million people across five boroughs in a metro of roughly 20 million, and the work rarely behaves the same way in any two of them. A pipeline designed for one borough quietly mismanages the rest.

MARKETING → SALES → AUTOMATION → ATTRIBUTION
MARKETING SALES AUTOMATION ATTRIBUTION GoHighLevel HubSpot Salesforce ServiceTitan Jobber HousecallPro Clio CRM

Pipeline stages, source tagging, handoff rules, follow-up sequences, AI agents, and closed-won attribution, configured around how your team actually sells on any of these platforms or a custom build. Live data lands after your audit.

03 · What lands in your inbox

A written New York CRM audit, not a pitch

A 45-minute working session where we walk your existing setup, deal stages, automation, and historical data. You leave with written findings on where deals stall and where the data contradicts what leadership is being told, whether or not you ever hire us.

If the numbers do not support an engagement, we say so on the call. No forced platform migration, no rebuild for its own sake.

Single-channel CRM engagements start at $20K per month. Scoped after the audit.

01

A written CRM audit

Your deal stages, automation sequences, and historical data read end to end. Where deals stall, where follow-up breaks, and where the pipeline report disagrees with reality, all named in writing.

02

A sales cycle map in your team's words

Built from interviews with the people who actually sell and answer the phone. Your stages, your terminology, your handoff points, not a vendor's defaults.

03

A verified handoff

A recorded live training session, every automation verified in staging before it touches production, a one-page operating reference, and 30 days of founder-level data verification after launch.

04 · What we would run first

In New York, we do not replace your CRM, we rebuild the parts that are broken

The platform is almost never the problem. The configuration is. So the order is fixed: read what you have, map how your New York team actually sells, rebuild the pipeline around that map, and hand it off verified.

The audit comes first in writing, the sales cycle map comes from your team's own words, and nothing ships to production before it passes staging.

05 · On the ground in New York

We do not keep a New York office, and we will not invent one.

Magister Digital is an operator-run team headquartered in San Diego, serving all five boroughs. Plenty of agencies rent a Manhattan mailbox to look bigger than they are. We would rather tell you where we sit, because the address was never the thing you were buying.

What you get instead is the founders and the in-house team running your account directly, with no account manager relaying messages. Every market we serve gets the same dashboard, the same weekly pipeline report, and the same named owner per workstream. The receipt is the deliverable.

06 · Why this is built differently

One team runs the whole stack in New York

Most agencies sell you a CRM configuration in isolation. We run it as the loop-back for every channel we operate: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and AI agents feed leads in, and closed-won outcomes flow back to the channel that earned them, under one team and one dashboard.

Built for one of three verticals. Pick yours: home services, medical and dental, or legal.

07 · Questions New York operators ask first

The questions a careful New York buyer is already holding

Do New York businesses have to switch CRM platforms?
Usually not. We instrument what you already run first, and if something genuinely blocks measurement we show you what it is costing before recommending a change. Migrations are expensive and they lose history, so they should be a last resort.
Can you build from scratch if we have nothing?
Yes. If no system exists, we select the platform around how your team actually works, not around licensing cost. GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Clio, and custom builds are all in scope.
How does the CRM connect to our marketing?
The CRM is the loop-back for every channel we run. Paid media, SEO, and AI agents feed leads in with their source tag, and closed-won outcomes flow back to the channel that earned them. Attribution ends at revenue, not at clicks.
Who actually does the configuration?
Michael Merlino, Chief Strategist and AI Systems at Magister Digital and co-founder of Flowbots, owns the CRM work personally. It is not handed to junior staff once the engagement starts.
How do we know the data will hold after handoff?
You get the documentation, the field map and the automation logic in writing, and the system runs in your own instance throughout. Nothing is hosted in a Magister account that you would lose access to.
Can it handle different rules per borough?
That is usually the point of building rather than buying. Routing, response windows and follow-up cadence can differ by service area where your operation genuinely differs, instead of forcing one rule across all five boroughs.
What does CRM development cost?
Single-channel CRM engagements start at $20K per month, scoped after the audit based on platform complexity and how much attribution architecture gets built. Full-stack engagements start at $60K per month.
