Legal
Last updated 2026-05-18. These terms govern your use of magisterdigital.ai and any content, services, or interactions offered through this site. By using the site, you agree to them. Engagement-specific terms are governed by separate Master Services Agreements executed before any work begins.
Section 1
This site is operated by Magister Digital LLC, a California limited liability company, registered office 1135 Garnet Ave #13, San Diego, CA 92109. References to “we,” “us,” “Magister,” and “Magister Digital” mean Magister Digital LLC.
Section 2
You can read, navigate, and submit inquiries on this site at no cost. You agree not to scrape at scale, attempt to compromise security controls, post unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use the site to send unsolicited commercial communications.
01 · What you can do
Read pages, share links, submit forms, share screenshots or excerpts for internal review at your company or law firm, cite the site in your own materials with attribution to Magister Digital.
02 · What you cannot do
Re-publish entire articles or page content as your own. Republish founder bios, methodology descriptions, or service-page copy under a different brand. Scrape at scale for training a competing product. Reverse-engineer or copy proprietary tools, dashboards, or workflows referenced on this site (SEO Neo, Omega Indexer, Flowbots, BigEasyData).
03 · Marketing claims
Marketing outcomes on this site are descriptions of past engagements and founder-operated businesses. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Any specific outcome we discuss is descriptive of a prior client or our own businesses, not a promise to you. Legal-vertical claims are governed by ABA Model Rule 7.1 and applicable state bar advertising rules.
Section 3
All text, design, logos, and source code on this site are the property of Magister Digital LLC or its named partners. The “Magister Digital” name and logo are trademarks of Magister Digital LLC, with the federal trademark filed in 2026. Third-party trademarks referenced on this site (Google, Meta, ServiceTitan, Clio, HubSpot, Salesforce, others) belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe interoperability or methodology, not to imply endorsement.
Methodologies described on this site (the five-channel engine, the four-step operating cadence, the first-30-days deliverable structure) are proprietary to Magister Digital and may not be copied for use in a competing service offering. Founders retain rights to methodologies they developed in prior ventures (Infintech Designs, Denver Digital Agency, CTR Geeks, Stealth Code, Green Hat Local SEO, TurnkeyRenovators).
Section 4
Any services Magister Digital performs for you are governed by a separately executed Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), and where applicable a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA-covered work. Those documents control over anything on this site if there is a conflict.
Section 5
To the maximum extent permitted by law, your remedies for any issue arising from your use of this site are limited to ceasing your use of the site. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Magister Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, including lost profits or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility.
Engagement liability is governed by the MSA, not by this site. Our standard MSA caps total aggregate liability at the fees paid in the trailing 12 months and excludes consequential damages.
Section 6
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not resolved by good-faith negotiation will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Diego County, California, under JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules then in effect. Either party may pursue claims in small-claims court rather than arbitration for matters within that court’s jurisdiction.
Questions about these terms
Legal questions about engagement terms, NDA execution, MSA review, BAA negotiation, or anything else. Use the contact form. A founder reviews and replies within seven days, typically sooner.
