01 · Service / Full-Stack Marketing

Full-stack marketing, all channels, one accountable team

For home service, medical, and legal operators between $5M and $200M done coordinating four vendors and four dashboards. Seven services run as a single engine under one leadership structure, reported in a weekly brief the founders sign, and reconciled to the one number that matters: cost per booked appointment.

02 · Before you call

How much of last quarter's marketing spend can you trace to a signed job?

When your paid-media agency, your SEO agency, your web designer, and your automation consultant all report to you separately, nobody owns the only number that matters. The real question is not whether one team costs more than four vendors. It is what four dashboards that never reconcile are already costing you.

We report booked appointments, not vanity metrics, and we only take accounts we believe we can move. You need one owner for the number, and a name attached to it.

Seven services run as a single engine. Every channel feeds one BI layer, three founders sign the same weekly brief, and cost per booked appointment is the only headline number. Live figures land after your audit.

03 · What lands in your inbox

A working brief, not a pitch deck

A 45-minute working session where we walk you through the same weekly BI view TurnkeyRenovators runs on: every channel, one attribution layer, cost per booked appointment by channel by week. Then a written brief inside seven days on what we would run first, whether or not you ever hire us.

If the bottleneck is operational rather than marketing, we say so and decline the account.

Full-stack engagements start at $60K per month. Single channels start at $20K.

01

A live dashboard walkthrough

The same weekly BI view TurnkeyRenovators runs on. Every channel on one attribution layer, reconciled to cost per booked appointment, by channel, by week.

02

A written brief inside seven days

What we would run first, with budget targets per channel and a named owner per workstream. Not a one-page proposal built for price-shopping.

03

An honest go or no-go

Three verticals only, and only accounts we believe we can win. If the problem is operations rather than marketing, we decline and tell you why.

04 · What we would run first

One attribution dashboard, every channel on it, one team behind it

The first 30 days follow a fixed order: audit everything, install the BI layer, ship changes live in market, and put the 90-day plan in writing with a founder's signature on it.

The dashboard is CFO-auditable by Friday of Week 2, changes are live by Week 3, and the scale plan lands numbered and signed in Week 4.

05 · Why this is built differently

One team runs the whole stack

Full-stack is not a bundle of vendors, it is one engine. Every channel below feeds the same BI layer, three founders sign the same weekly brief, and when the calendar is empty there is no four-way conversation about whose fault it is.

Built for one of three verticals. Pick yours: home services, medical and dental, or legal.

06 · Questions operators ask first

The questions a careful buyer is already holding

What does a full-stack engagement cost?
Full-stack engagements start at $60K per month, fully scoped, fully staffed, fully attributed. Single-channel engagements start at $20K per month. Scoping depends on pace, market intensity, and service breadth, not a flat rate card.
Do we have to buy all the channels at once?
No. Plenty of clients start with one channel at $20K per month. Full-stack means all seven services under one team, which is a different commitment than a single channel, and you are never billed for services you are not using.
How is this different from hiring separate agencies?
One team owns the result. When the calendar is empty, there is no four-way conversation about whose fault it is. All three founders sign the same weekly brief, and there is one version of the truth: cost per booked appointment, by channel, by week.
Do you work outside home services, medical, and legal?
No. Three verticals, USA-wide. Work that does not fit gets referred to Infintech Designs. We do not take engagements we do not believe we can win.
How long is the engagement and is there a lock-in?
A 90-day initial term, then month to month. No long lock-ins. We do not lock clients into a year, because the work should keep itself sold.
Can we see the attribution dashboard before signing?
Yes. The 45-minute strategy session includes a live walkthrough of the same dashboard TurnkeyRenovators runs on. No deck, no pitch, and a written recommendation on what to run first either way.
